Refund Policy

Our birds will be delivered with a 100% health guarantee.  When we prepare birds for shipping, we ensure their health by applying the following measures:

  1. We thoroughly inspect each bird.
  2. We photograph each bird.
  3. We take video of each bird for proof of health.
  4. We then place the bird in an approved shipping box made for birds.
  5. We then drive the bird in the shipping box to the post office to be shipped.

Now, although we can’t control how birds are handled by USPS for the following 24 hours after we drop them off to be shipped, none the less, we will guarantee the bird will be delivered in the same health condition.  If that is not the case upon your receiving the bird, then contact us immediately within 3 days of its arrival.  We will require video proof of the problem.  If there is a problem, we will then replace any affected birds.

Be advised: birds can get stressed during the shipping process.  They will require a few days of calm and quiet, plenty of fresh water, and nutritious food after delivery.  It is good practice to keep any bird you receive from shipping separate from the rest of your flock to ensure the bird has time to get acclimated after the shipping process.

We do not have any unhealthy birds.  We do not medicate or vaccinate our birds.  We have never found any need for any of that. If you are diligent in properly caring for your birds, then you should not see sickness in your loft.
